3. Engagement Terms

All professional engagements are governed by a written service agreement or engagement letter. Fees, scope, timelines, and deliverables will be agreed in writing before any work commences.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and deliverables created by Alteryse remain the intellectual property of Alter Capital Co., Ltd. until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers to the client as agreed in the engagement letter.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all information shared in the course of an engagement. Alteryse will not disclose client information to third parties without written consent, except as required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

Alteryse's liability in connection with any engagement is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law
